I've got a 5IV (Attack/Defence/Sp.Attack/Sp.Defence/Speed with a Jolly nature) Zubat, I can maybe try to breed for 6IV if you are willing to part with the Roserade.

EDIT: I just hatched a 6IV female with her HA (Infiltrator), if you want that, and she also has a Jolly nature.
