Here's a little advice. Usually, people won't trade a shiny for a non-shiny. They usually want to trade a shiny for a shiny, or a non-shiny for a non-shiny. So if you want a shiny Pokemon, offer up a shiny in return. Maybe with the nature, ability, and move set listed.
