With my rediscovery of my HeartGold cartridge I am now able to capture in-game Pokemon in the rare Gen 4 Apricorn, Safari, Sport, and Dream Balls.  What can be captured in what ball is highly dependent upon where in-game they are captured, so be sure to refer to the lowest Pokeball level list to ensure that the Pokemon you want is legally obtainable in the ball you've requested.  Again, I will be using a HeartGold cartridge so refer to the unobtainable Pokemon and the Version Exclusives lists to determine Pokemon I won't be able to capture in-game.

Below, please see a list of all the exclusive Ball types selectable for capture.  All listed Pokemon under a particular ball will be captured female if possible to allow for the ability to pass the ball type on to its offspring in Gen 6.  Natures, abilities and IVs are not selectable and are the responsibility of the requester to generate.
