First, i just want to say that this is a very good thread. You go into a lot of detail and trying to get a spotlight on some lesser used pokemon is a good and interesting idea. Do one of Cradily next so @ChaseInfinity is happy.

Rampardos is a weird pokemon in this game. With its Awkward Speed tier it cant outspeed mons such as Arcanine but cant underspeed mons such as Araquanid. Trick Room seems to be the way to go with it but it will take alot of work to be useful.
