If it is, the entire meta seemed to have missed that memo. I've seen it on Showdown, Battle Spot, Smogon's own tier, and even on Pikalytics, the site Spyro provided. Pretty sure it's legal. - 0kamii Amethyst Ωmega - Guild Leader/Founder
