Everyone please be aware that there is a limit as to how many messages you can keep in your inbox

As you can see in the image there is a 56% PM usage of memory. If this reaches 100% you wont be able to receive any more messages.
To empty your inbox and reduce the memory usage back to 0% follow these steps:
1) When viewing your private messages there will be an option on top (see the picture) where it will say "Empty Folders"
2) It will then give you the options -Inbox -Sent Messages -Drafts -Trash Can
3 Select -Inbox and -Sent Messages then press Delete
After you press delete your memory % will drop and you will be able to receive more messages.
IMPORTANT - Make sure to keep the option "Keep Unread Messages" check if you don't want to also delete them.
