Where can I get a downloadable tracker for hunting?

I would like to get a downloadable shiny tracker for hunting. The one on this site is great - it was the only one I used thus far - but I would like to save my progress when I'm not hunting.

Where can I find one?

they actually changed it
the tracker on the site will save how many encounters you have

I would like a downloadable version, still; my Internet isn't the best in the world. Still, thanks for letting me know!
