There's Cloyster and Manectric, both being Y exclusives. Cloyster can be found on Route 8 by fishing with the super rod. If you haven't gotten the super rod yet, it can be found on Route 16 in the hands of a Fishing Maniac. Manectric can evolve from Electrike, who can be found at Route 10.
