[XY] Pokemon X&Y legendary birds

Hey , I'm new so if I'm doing anything completely wrong , my apologies .

I'm trying to find Articuno and Moltres , 2 of the three legendary birds .
I have zapdose but can I find the other two in the wild or will I need to make a double trade so it can be registered on my pokedex .

I'm trying to complete the Kalos pokedex.

You can only catch one of the 3 Pokemon per game. It depends on what starter you chose. I´m really sorry but Í only have OR otherwise i could have helped you ^^.

i have a moltres i can trade and an articuno im attached to that i can trade you as long as you trade it right back

i cant do the trade till a little later cause i use my friend as a pokebank
