I've said this before in another thread, but I'll gladly repost it. The easiest way to get a Dusk Stone is to beat the Aegislash balloon in Super Training over and over again until you get it. It's probably the fastest way, too. The Stone Gatherer mostly just gives you Fire, Water, Thunder, and Leaf Stones, as well as moreso than anything else, Everstones, like @blasteg said.
