im wondering if there is a way to pokegen. the homebrew channel method doesnt work anymore. is there another way?

ironhax, ninjhax, tubehax, or browserhax on new3ds and old3ds below 9.9

i updated my system just now in order to play online for a while. will those methods still work and if so, how do i do it?
