Help with modifications (4)

So, I still have Steven's Beldum sitting in my box and I'd like it to be viable competitive wise by modifying it's IVs and nature to something more satisfying, and if possible, to clone it as well so I can play around with two different variant. I also acquired two cherry ball magikarps through Wonder Trade that I'd like modified.
