national dex help

im new to this website and i am looking for people to help me complete my national pokedex i will give 1 shiny or event pokemon too anyone who would help me out with completing more than 20 entries  i will trade all pokemon back emideatly after and it would be preferable if you had head phones or skype for easy comunication
