Yes! I have 2 Togekiss, one is 252 spd and 252 sp.atk. The other is 252 def and 252 spd ( a little unconventional, but it works in situations).
I assume you will want the 1st one?

i want that blaziken but you must know that zorua has just 5IV and maxed ev's you must add moves yourself.
