Okay, so I don't know what IV this is, but it's a level 1, Bold, Male Kelfki that has the following stats:
HP: 12
Attack: 5
Defense: 7
Sp. Atk: 6
Sp. Def: 7
Speed: 6

go and talk to the guy in Kiloude City pokemon center, he'll tell the Ivs

I also got an Impish Female Klefki with the following stats:
HP: 12
Attack: 6
Defense: 7
Sp. Atk: 5
Sp. Def: 7
Speed: 6

Go to the Battle Resort PKMN Center, the Cool Trainer in the right corner will tell you your Pokemon's IVs. I might have some leftover 3-5IV Prankster Klefkis I can look for if you want.

Turns out the Bold Klefki is a 4IV missing Defense and Special Defense.

I would really appreciate it if you can get me a prankster Kelfki with 5IVs (missing special attack/attack) of Bold/Impish nature
