Remember to be as specific as possibly when asking for the Ditto on the GTS. Request a level -91 or higher- to prevent snipes, otherwise someone could trade with you who isn't Ruledragon or I. Also, try to make your deposited pokemon 'undesirable', if you deposit an, e.g lv 50 shiny Blaziken, someone else will take it.
Please refrain from putting Zigzagoon / Poochyena in the GTS, due to the overwhelming amount there it'll take ages to sift through and find you, and you may not get the trade.

Yes this is my fault, apologies. I've been having connection issues and therefore haven't been able to trade since my post on page 17; the following are names I have on my list that will receive the ditto as soon as my connection is back (should be today or tomorrow).
