@Tae Kwon Mech By hackmons do you include pokemon cloned from a legit shiny and genned pokemon? Or just legendaries hacked to be shiny?

@Cubby Gamer What I meaqn is a pokemon that was specifically added into a game via Action Replay or some other device like that. I'm fine with clones, just not a specially inserted shiny victini or something like that.
