Hey Aerial! I don't know if you saw my Etsy shop or not, but I sell a lot of my sprites there, and I do custom orders too! Currently I'm working on a Groudon for someone :D. I sell my custom pieces for between $15-$30 depending on size (fully evolved pokes and legendaries are usually on the high end of the scale). If you'd like a bulk order, I'd be open to offering a discount, too. Here's my shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/NostalgiaPerler. I make and ship orders in 1-3 business days, and they arrive 2-5 days after that (larger orders may take longer to process).

If you want to make them yourself, the startup costs are relatively high, but after that, it's pretty cheap to replace individual colors that you need. I'd recommend buying one of every color Perler has to offer (excluding pearl, metallic, and striped colors) plus LOTS of black, and about 6-9 pegboards for big projects. That'll cost you over $120. But then you can make whatever you want! I find the process of placing the beads to be very relaxing. A big sprite like the ones I make can take anywhere between 2-6 hours, so it's a real time commitment. Here's the website where I buy the beads: http://www.eksuccessbrands.com/perlerbeads/Products/1000_Beads__See_All_Colors_041500P.htm . Note that this is the cheapest place to buy perler beads (amazon is 2-3x more expensive), but shipping is slow. Inside the US it takes about 2 weeks, and outside I imagine it takes even longer.

Cheers!

Here's what I've been working on lately. The Grovyle and Groudon were custom orders from customers on my etsy shop! Squirtle was just for fun. Sorry for the photo quality, I took these all on my phone
