Why Arcanine isn't S? Its usage has always showed how much splashable it is (Lando-T's level in BSD and SM OU imo) and it has a lot of options in its movepool wich make it able to run a multitude of different sets. It seems absolutely better than others A+.
@Spyro190 Yeah, I figured that out a while ago...... I play VGC, but I've got to be the worst person ever at it.
Also, the tier list has been updated, we don't use this one anymore. You should check it out, there's a link to it on the homepage!
