I'm looking for a 5IV Modest Kyogre. I have a lot of competitive Pokémon for trade and an unused Mew code still. Just let me know if you're looking for something in particular and I'll let you know if I have it!

If that EV spread is too tough to gen, you can do 252 HP/ 252 Speed / 4 Special Attack
