So someone gave me a JPN ditto off here and ive tried breeding the cosplay pikachu and the ditto but it just says "Theyd rather play with other pokemon" and i did some looking around online and it says they wont breed, how do i find out how to do it >_< Im trying to get a pichu etc

They cant breed period. Get yourself a different pikachu.

Yeah found that out myself xD got 2 pikachus np, so can ditto not breed now or only with certain pokemon?

Only with certain pokes. Ditos can breed with anything except with special pokes. Like legends, porygons, I can't remember them all but that phrase is the indication you can't breed at all.
