I don't have enough money for a camera to record the screen to record pokemon videos, but i'll try and use my phone
But right now I have a youtube channel and I'm changing the name and removing all stuff on it

If you wanted to keep your name, there are plenty of beautiful blue shiny pokemon! For example, I'm a fan of Cloyster, Starmie, Gardevoir/Gallade, Bisharp and Tyrantrum! I think CaptainBlue is a pretty cool name with one of these mascots :D

I was looking at milktank cause she is so cute and can always be female

In ORAS, I believe the only way to get a shiny Pawniard would be to breed one. With the shiny charm, MM isn't that bad I bet. I don't think MM is terrible without it, so I'm sure with the charm it would be much better!

Yup only through breeding @CaptainBlue make sure to have a shiny charm to increase your odds
You also have to trade from X and Y to get a Miltank.
