Im eventually going to get on to the national dex but right now im focusing on the hoenn dex to get started

You can catch the Regis yourself if you have ORAS.

yea i know but im planning on Soft resetting for them so i want to get another set of regis to fill my dex without catching them. I will trade them back straight away if necessary
