I am looking for any Timid Electrike with sufficient IVs that enable it to have an Ice-type Hidden Power, or just a Timid Manectric with Hidden Power Ice. I can offer 5 IV fully EV trained competitive-ready OU pokemon if the latter in the case. Otherwise, I can just offer 4/5 IV pokemon fresh out of eggs. Here is what I have to offer:
