I have 2 Scythers that were bred for competitive IVs, EMs, and Nature. One of them is shiny so that is the one I'm using for myself, but the other one is otherwise identical. I only have one Metal Coat however, so you will need your own Metal Coat to evolve. If you're interested make some offers, I don't ask for much tbh.
EDIT: Here's the stats
Adamant, 5IVs (no SpAtk), EMs: Night Slash and Pursuit. It is EV trained in HP and Speed so you may want a reset bag if you are looking for a different spread. I only got it up to lvl 37 before I hatched my shiny but I can get it to 50 if you offer something nice.

Well I prefer shinies and legendaries but I don't request anything in particular. Lugia or the legendary beasts or favorites of mine.

Sounds good. I'm battling right now at Restaurant Le Wow so it will take me a minute to prepare for trade. Do you need me to level up the Scyther for you?

First you have to upgrade your Mega Bracelet in Anistar between 8pm and 9pm. If you've already done that, then it is found between 8pm and 9pm in Frost Cavern behind the Abomasnow. Luckily it's based on whatever timezone you set on your DS so you can plan for it pretty easily.
