When you talk to him, he says the odds are about 4000 to 1. If you get the Shiny Charm, does he change this to correspond with your new odds?

I do not have Pkhex myself, I completed the dex through gts trading around day 5 after release. It does not update he still says the same thing even after obtaining the shiny charm.
