Poipole is a pre-evolution, so it gets access to Eviolite. I'm gueesing it will be an NU Pokemon at most because of it's typing and stats. Pure poison type leaves it weak only to Ground and Psychic and it's stats are....average Eviolite stats. It's going to be, if anything, an Eviolite setup Pokemon, I guess.

Discussion
Well, the stats speak for themselves here. It's clearly a fast Special Attacker, and it gets a great learnset to back it up. Getting access to coverage in Flamethrower and Thunderbolt, and being a Poison Dragon type makes it get STAB off of Dragon Pulse. It doesn't have to worry about Fairy types thanks to coverage in Sludge Bomb / Wave and HP Ice can take care of Ground Types. I personally see it going to OU, but it's counters are still fairly common types. Dragon, Psychic and of course Ground with Landorus, and many Pokemon from UU like Starmie, for example so it MAY stay as UU for a while, idk.
