Breeding Question - SpartanVulture - Jan 14, 2015 Hi I have a quick question about Breeding as i am new to breeding, what are the chances of breeding a 6IV pokemon while using a 6IV and 5IV pokemon RE: Breeding Question - Shifu - Jan 14, 2015 Not sure about the exact changes but they are pretty low as far as i know :D with the fatum knot you get 5 iv's from the parents the 6th is random as far as i know. My quick guessing would be a chance of 1/31 :D RE: Breeding Question - JelcoLeys - Jan 14, 2015 (Jan 14, 2015, 04:13 AM)Shifu Wrote: Not sure about the exact changes but they are pretty low as far as i know :D with the fatum knot you get 5 iv's from the parents the 6th is random as far as i know. The last 2 Pokemon i breed have yielded exceptional results last night i was hatching feebas's and the 24 egg that hatched was a Shiny and now my talonflame hatch 2 eggs and the second ends up being a 6IV. i wouldn't of re-breed my talonflame if someone didn't mention making it adamant instead of jolly RE: Breeding Question - Shifu - Jan 14, 2015 Forgot to include the 0 :D Thank you !:D Guess you got lucky right there, I tried to breed myself a Shiny Larvitar. I gave up after 700 Eggs and proceeded with my clawitzer. Well 6 Eggs in 5 Iv Shiny , RNG is a ***** :D RE: Breeding Question - SpartanVulture - Jan 14, 2015 does the 6IV Japanese ditto makes a difference RE: Breeding Question - JelcoLeys - Jan 14, 2015 (Jan 14, 2015, 04:23 AM)SpartanVulture Wrote: does the 6IV Japanese ditto makes a difference For what? the odds of getting a shiny or the odds of getting a 6 iv pokemon? RE: Breeding Question - SpartanVulture - Jan 14, 2015 for either RE: Breeding Question - JelcoLeys - Jan 14, 2015 (Jan 14, 2015, 04:28 AM)SpartanVulture Wrote: for either For breeding a 6 iv pokemon 1 in 32 is the best you can get, and thats with 2 6 iv pokemon as parents. for breeding shinies the best is if you have 2 pokemon from diferent regions of the world, so is doesnt matter if that is a ditto or not. the odds will be 1/1365. RE: Breeding Question - Wicked13 - Jan 14, 2015 I decided to get a little too into details so (If the Destiny Knot is equipped on any of the parents)...
