lvl 15:
Lax nature
moves: confusion, incinerate, quick attack, endure
ability: victory star
(This Victini is from the liberty pass event)
lvl 50:
Also lax nature
moves: v-create, fusion flare, fusion bolt, searing shot
ability: victory star
Has a "wish ribbon"
(This one is from a mystery gift)
I can compare IV's if that helps you choose, though I'm not knowledgeable on translating what the judge says into hard numbers/values.
