If it's your first shiny or another one to add to the dex, I can make it happen. With a few rules.
- Only 1 shiny per person
- No improper shinies. (such as some mythical pokemon)
- GTS trades only.
- Games I will do will be X/Y, OR/AS, S/M, US/UM.

Do you have any idea what could be causing the issue? I like doing link battles, etc.
EDIT: I have never seen a Slaking with headbutt before but it says it possible with tutor in 4th gen. I checked on bulbapedia but I have no idea how accurate they are.
