All I see is 252 Special Attack and Speed sets, nothing about this, thoughts?

Yes, you would want to invest EV's in Hp instead of speed if you're using Trick Room.

Those set's are not in a TR. I am absolutely sure about that because you literarly hurt yourself if you do that :D

Yeah, I'm well aware 252 Speed is a bad idea in Trick Room, was just wondering if a slow Chandelure was any good, because I don't see any sets for it.

Well, I mean, it wouldn't be bad. Seventy-six speed under Trick Room is pretty good. Maybe a Choice Specs set?

Chandelure @ ChoiceSpecs
Ability: Infiltrator
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SPA / 4 Def
IVs: 0 Speed
Modest Nature
- Heat Wave
- Shadow Ball
- Psychic
- Energy Ball

Chandelure could even be a Trick Room set up if the opponent has pokemon that cant just kill the thing. IE Water types

Chandelure @ Focus Sash
Ability: Infiltrator / Flame Body
Level: 50
EVs: 248 HP / 84 Def / 176 Sp.D
IVs: 0 Speed
Relaxed Nature
-Protect
-Flamethrower
-Trick Room
-Energy Ball

Flamethrower for STAB, Energy Ball for water types, Protect for obvious EQ/ Rock Slide/ Surf inbound, Trick Room because its the team's trick. What works well in a team like this is to have a Trick Room Jellicent so you can choose either Chandelure or Jellicent to bring in depending on the opponent composition.
