I really need a Modest Zapdos gen-ed to complete my team.
It needs IVs in HP, SpA, and Spe. All other IVs can be 30 or whatever they need to be for Hidden Power (Ice)

Tailwind
Protect
EVs: can either be not trained at all or 252 HP/144SpA/114Spe
