I would take belly drum off azumarril since you aren't running a sitrus. Replace it with waterfall

I would suggest swapping out Mega-Tyranitar for Lando-T or Togekiss or Talonflame because they pair up with Mega-Gyarados better than Raichu or Rotom-Heat so Mega-Gyarados can freely Earthquake or swap out Mega-Gyarados for a Bulky water pokemon like suicune or milotic to pair up with Mega-Tyranitar. The reason for this swap is because 2 mega teams must have 4 other pokemon have synergy with both megas for example Raichu is only good with Gyarados and Azumarill with Tyranitar.
I would suggest with the current team that...
Gyarados have Protect. Also might put leftovers/lum berry if you want to keep Mega-Tyranitar and keep Gyarados
A different spread for Rotom-Heat like 200hp 112def 96satk 72sdef 28speed which allows Rockslides to be 3OHKO and it can take Scalds from everything including Politoed in Rain (60 SpA Politoed Scald vs. 200 HP / 72+ SpD Rotom-H in Rain: 108-128 (72 - 85.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO)

rocky helmet iron barbs combo ferrothorn I think would work better than having a lum berry on it because it would give them extra damage when they attack you physically or damage them when they attack you with like psyshock also give rotom follow me it would work really well to help set up your azumarill with belly drum if you keep belly drum that is

Yeah rotom can't learn follow me. And azumarril can't use belly drum while assault vested

oh yeah I forgot XD maybe teach follow me to raichu and give azumarill a move like toxic instead of it having a belly drum that way if they have a lum berry they would use it immediately instead of using to cure any other status effects. oops I did it again fu********************** me and my mistakes of forgetting item effects

Also never use toxic in VGC (stalling the timer ends in your defeat and the longest VGC matches I play are usually 15 turns which is not enough to toxic stall in doubles)

1. I just forgot that rotom couldn't use follow me ok ,so go get "freeze-dried" or just chill out, your "Overheated" (XD move pun XD) also I'd would just use toxic to get rid of the lum berry and get venoshock off that's it no more no less than that
