Is there social media where you actually make friends? And it’s not a dating app? Haha. Just thinking about it. I started posting on Instagram a bit but it’s so weird. I don’t know how you’re supposed to find new people other than the “for you” page, and honestly, it’s just folks who are trying to get famous. I don’t know what social media is for really anymore. Back in the Myspace days, sure, people were trying to be known but we all knew it was strictly online so everyone was chill just talking to people. Now, it’s like everyone’s got a link for “bookings” or “i don’t read DMs,” and it’s so weird now. I remember responding to every comment I got before it got to be too much but even then, I still made the effort. I hadn’t thought about this in awhile. Maybe I’m being weird there tho - how do you guys fare in the current social media landscape?
