Does it NEED to be 4th gen? Because I can get you a Cubone with Stealth Rock that is blue pentagon.

If you already have a Marowak, you could just bring it to the move tutor at the Battle Resort. If you don't have ORAS though, I could breed a Cubone for you and send you it with Stealth Rocks learned.
