I own two Shiny Eevee and one Shiny Umbreon myself.
I'm not too sure if they are legal tho, because I got my hands on them via trades with strangers. I've catched none of them myself.

If you don't mind that "risk", tho, I'd be more than happy to trade with you! :3

I have a female (Lv. 29) and a male Eevee (Lv.56), the Umbreon (Lv. 67) is also male.

You are absolutely free to choose. :p
