So my question is, i wont have x/y when i get my new ds on 28th with Omega ruby but will i still be able to receive trades off people that have x/y pokemon because i REALLY want mew/dedenne/lucario and a few more maybe they are in ORAS but i havent seen a list of the pokemon yet please answer :D

Yes X&Y can trade to ORAS and vice versa

I'm pretty sure you can trade between X/Y and ORAS, as long as it's X/Y compatible (I.e. You can't trade something like primal groudon to Xy but you can trade kalos pokes to ORAS.)
Don't quote me on this though, because I haven't got the games yet

you can trade with people who have x/y. You cant trade pokemon with moves introduced on ORAS tho as well as items too.
