im xander and well i need a pokemon!
i dont want it shiny i just want the strongest pokemon for battle with max IV, EV, good ability, best nature, great attacks.
plz do this im horrible at battling.

i can give you a shiny sylveon that is ev trained and everything if your interested. its also 6iv so its good for battling
