EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP

- Protect
Slurpuff can hit hard and fast but can not survive very long. Belly Drum maxes out the Attack and makes the Sitrus berry going into effect, doubling it's speed thanks to Unburden and maximizing it's Attack power. Even though Slurpuff has bad defenses it outspeeds most Pokemon in the metagame.
So yeah. I hope you guys liked my first build kappa
