(Cleared))LF competitive Groudon and or Ho-Oh (VGC16)

I'm hoping to be able to participate in VGC16 however I'm lacking any competitive legendary pokemons.

I'm mainly hoping to get my hands on a Groudon but also a Ho-Oh

Ho-Oh @ Maranga Berry
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 132 HP / 76 Atk / 28 Def / 36 SpD / 236 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Sacred Fire
- Brave Bird
- Recover
- Tailwind

and

Groudon-Primal @ Red Orb
Ability: Desolate Land
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake / Precipice Blades
- Fire Punch
- Thunder-Wave
- Protect

But Im happy to get the items /moves and EVs myself, what I need is nature and IV

Also, I have a Groudon that is up for some manipulation if anyone is willing to do it
