Bro, if you are making a politoed drizzle team, it wins occasionally. Or at least on my team

Yeah, I haven't played Pokemon since R/S, so this is my first go at "competetive" team buidling haha
I already got my Politoed just now :3 Looking for these bad boys to complete the roster.
@terrorkid94 That would be awesome. Can you please do that for me? Is it possible for it to have 5 IVs?
