Hi I need a pokemon with the ability suction cups so I can shiny hunt on ORAS! If anyone is willing trade I can give a 5 iv adamant Starly

The fastest thing you can do is go to the battle restort and catch a remoraid with Hussle, evolve it at level 25 to Octillery, because it will change from Hussle to Suction cups
