Notes: Change the IVs of Bulbasaur to 31/30/31/30/31/30 so it can have Hidden Power Fire. Change IVs of Suicune so it can have all 31 and change its Nature to Bold and its PokeBall to a Master Ball. For Cresselia change Nature to Calm and IVs to all 31.
