Am I doing something wrong?

Well, I started a fishing chain of Feebas on route 119, I'm on a chain of 128 right now and no shiny yet.
Am I doing something wrong?
In first place I have an Inkay with Suction Caps (Fainted), in second place I have an Alakazam with Synchronize, may Alakazam's ability be the problem?

PD: Yesterday, I caught a shiny Wailmer but I didn't have Alakazam in the team, that's why i'm asking. I got Wailmer on a 31 chain.
