Yes i have ORAS. You can have either mew or Zygarde, whichever you want, and thank you, but no thank you about the shiny legendary. I don't like having shinies that I havent caught myself. They kind of loose their charm.
Also, just for letting you know, its not actually Kyogre thats game locked, but his new signature move. Meaning if he forgets the move, he can actually be transfered to X&Y. Please dont do that though.
