I'm trying to get a Masuda Method Froakie, and I have a lvl 30 female Frogadier with the Protean ability. I'm looking for a female Frogadier with Protean, but from another region. Anyone?

it may be more effective to give your froakie an everstone and ask for a non-USA Ditto. idk though, i never tested response counts
