Duskull is 6IV; depending on what you are using it for you might want it 5iv minus the speed (for trick room teams)

as for the duskull; He's best in trick room teams so something like

used particularly for battle maison doubles

(with trick room you generally want the slowest pokemon possible with higher other stats; so im planning on using conkeldurr for instance with him and some other slow mons)
