Last Few Gen 2 Pokemon

Hey Everyone I have narrowed down my Gen 2 part of the Pokedex too 
Pokemon 237 Hitmontop
Pokemon 242 Blissey

If anyone can trade these to me just for a pokedex entry that would be appreciated. Again I do not want to keep either of these two. I am willing to give a dragonair with Marvel scale  to whoever helps me.
