[S/M] Shiny Charm?

So from what I hear, to get the shiny charm all you have to do is complete the ALOLAN pokedex, not the National.
Is this true, because I desperately want it to be.

@Reis Yep. It's true. All 300 pokémon minus Magearna and Marshadow. Including all Ultra Beats and boxart legendaries. There's a few version exculsives you have to worry about, but I'm sure you can find them around the site, or on the GTS.
