Sceptile

Not sure if this is the right area to ask, but I'm going to give it a shot. I have a sceptile and wanted to know what you guys think.

MOves-protect/hidden power (fire)/ energy ball/ dragon pulse
HP-281/atk-184/def-166/spd-303/specd-269/specatk-308
EVS-4(spd) 252 (spc atk) 252 (spc d)
ability UNburden

It sucks. 252 EVs in SpD mean 252 EVs wasted. You should also increase all IVs but Atk to 31, keeping in mind that Atk IVs should be 0 if you don't want to use EQ: breeding it again can be a better choice.

OK thank you. Its not one I have yet, i am looking for a good one so I can breed it to specifics.
